Who we Are
Tim King
Director of Development
Tim combines a background in interior architecture with over two decades of experience creating luxury homes and developments across London and global markets. With a deep understanding of design, acquisitions and project delivery, he now leads Bond Developments as a founding partner, driving thoughtful, high-impact design and meticulous execution.
Richard Moreau
Director of Operations
Richard studied Interior Architecture at École Camondo in Paris before beginning an international career that took him from Brunei and London to Cape Town, where he and his wife Joanna founded Atelier du Cap and Cape Procurements. Alongside his hospitality design work, he developed a passion for property acquisition and renovation.
After moving to Hong Kong in 2004, they launched HKP International, later expanding into Europe with MCP International in Monaco. Richard continues to develop turn-key properties across Hong Kong and Europe, and in 2023 co-founded Bond Development Ltd with long-time collaborator Tim King, specialising in property search and development.
Henry Hollingdrake
Director of Finance
Henry Hollingdrake holds degrees in International Taxation, Law, Economics, and Finance, plus an MSc in Real Estate Science. With over 25 years’ experience across investment banking, international tax, and private wealth, he specialises in cross-border structuring, estate planning, and real estate finance.
He is currently Managing Director of Helix International Real Estate Advisory UK Limited and the Financial Director of Bond Development UK Private Limited.
Henry looks after local and international funding for Bond and its clients and is entrusted with all the legal, financial and taxation functions of Bond and is responsible for assisting new clients in structuring their investments into Bond selected Real Estate from both an international taxation and financial perspective.
